The watermark is shown in the corner of videos that are created on the free plan. As a self-funded startup, this watermark is important in helping us grow. But as you’ll see below, it doesn’t distract from your content. To remove the watermark, you can choose one of our PRO plans.

Yes, absolutely. If you want to cancel your plan, simply go to your profile and cancel in the account page. If you do cancel, you will continue to have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

Our payment system uses the latest security technology and is powered by Stripe, one of the world’s most reliable payment companies. If you have any trouble with paying by card, please contact us and we’ll work out an alternative.

Each plan has a limit on the number of transcription minutes you’re allowed in a certain timeframe. Both subtitles and translations count towards your transcription limit.

For example, if you subtitle a 30 minute video this will count as 30 minutes towards your limit. If you then translate it from English to Spanish, this will add another 30 minutes. So the total amount of transcription time used is 60 minutes.

The limit is set annually or monthly depending on what billing cycle you select. Any unused minutes in a billing cycle do not roll over to the next cycle. For this reason you may want to choose an annual plan as this gives you greater flexibility over when you use your transcription minutes.

If the monthly limit is not high enough for your transcription needs then you may want to consider shifting to a higher plan or an annual plan (you can use up your entire annual limits within a single month if you want).
